How do I purchase art from Art Gaga?
Once you have decided to purchase an art piece, just click the Purchase link and follow all the instructions on the screen.
What forms of payment does Art Gaga accept?
We accept PayPal, most major credit cards (through PayPal), checks and money orders. Our online payment system allows you to undertake secure payment over the Internet. Completing your order form is a safe, easy and secure process. You will find online payment an easy and quick process.
You are also offered off-line payment options. With this option you may present all the necessary information by filling in the form and submitting it. We will contact you to finalize the payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have completed your purchase you have 3 working days or until the item ships, whichever comes first, to cancel your order. Just email us at customer-service@artgaga.com.
I am not satisfied with the artwork I have purchased. What do I do?
When you have received your artwork and you are not satisfied, you can ship the artwork back to the artist at your expense and we will refund your purchase, minus the shipping and insurance costs the artist incurred to ship it to you.
Shipping
How do I get the artwork I chose?
First of all, your artwork will be packed properly, insured and then shipped. In order to ensure safe delivery of your artwork Art Gaga’s artists use high profile shipping companies. We will notify you of the final delivery date within two days after shipping your artwork.
When will I receive my artwork?
Your artwork will be shipped to you within 10 days. We only ship to United States buyers. Most packages arrive less than a week after being shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Since each piece of art is unique, the shipping cost is determined by its size, weight, special packaging, etc. The total shipping costs are indicated when you purchase the artwork.
Framing
Is it possible to have my artwork framed?
Some of our artists offer their works in frames and others do not. If you wish to have your piece framed, please email us at info@artgaga.com and let us know the artist and name of the piece. We will discuss it with the artist and let you know promptly.
I am an artist. How can I have my work displayed on Art Gaga?
We are looking for established and aspiring artists to display and sell their work on the Internet. Our site gives you, the Artist, a platform on which to show your work to people across the world who might otherwise not get the opportunity to see or to buy through a regular gallery. We offer you the opportunity to display and sell your work world-wide. And unlike other online art galleries, there is no charge to list your work on Art Gaga! We charge a small commission (20%) only if your art sells on our site. Please visit our artist registration page and register. We will review your submission and contact you with more information.
